It was so convenient and made exploring the city a breeze. The staff was incredible, from the friendly front desk attendants to the attentive servers and housekeepers. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed from air conditioning to a mini-bar. The buffet breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor swimming pool. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a nice bonus.

The location was perfect and nice - in the middle of Granada. Moreover, it's so close to four mighty royal palms, Nicaragua, and pedestrian street.

Fantastic staff who made us feel like family with their attentive and personalized service. The hotel went above and beyond to make our romantic anniversary trip extra special, with rose petals on the bed, champagne, and chocolates. The room was spacious and had an unbelievable view. We enjoyed the personalized night trip to an active volcano organized by the staff.
The wifi wasn't the best, but it didn't affect our overall experience unless you need it for business purposes.
